Matrix.org installation

Today I entered the Matrix again :

• Re-installed Synapse using the recommended way

• Installed SignalD - also recommended way

• Install a recent Python 3.9+ and virtualenv

• Installed and configured mautrix-signal

• Installed Element on all my devices

• Removed the official Signal app everywhere !
